We install and repair septic systems for homebuilders, general contractors, and property owners on new construction, residential developments, and lots throughout the region.
This soil doesn't behave the same from one job site to the next, and that's the part experience actually matters for. Red clay in Cabarrus County changes how a system “percs” and is designed. Sloped, wooded lots need a drain field placed where it'll actually hold up. High water table areas sometimes call for an alternative system altogether. We've run into all of it, and we install in full accordance with what the local Environmental Health office requires.
